The present Terms and Conditions establish the rules for accessing the event \u201cXXIII International Convention,\u201d which is exclusively organized and owned by Your Best Academy Unip, Lda., headquartered at Estrada Consiglieri Pedroso n\u00ba 71, Ed. D, 5\u00ba Dto., 2730-055 Queluz de Baixo. The management of these Terms and Conditions is the exclusive responsibility of Your Best Academy Unip, Lda., which reserves the right to amend these terms. This document may be modified at any time without prior notice to participants. The XXIII International Convention is an event dedicated to Aquatic Fitness, Aquatic Therapy, and Swimming, consisting of theoretical-practical workshops and lectures, with the aim of promoting health and professional development in the field of Aquatic Fitness. The event will be held in Lisbon, at a venue yet to be defined, on October 25, 26, and 27, 2024. Participants will be notified via email of any updates or relevant information related to the event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The XXIII International Convention is intended for anyone interested in participating in an event dedicated to the world of aquatic fitness, regardless of age. The participation of minors under 18 is subject to being accompanied by legal guardians or an authorized adult, with an authorization declaration that includes recognized signatures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Registrations for the XXIII International Convention will be made through the event’s website, which offers different payment options, including Debit Card, Credit Card, Multibanco, and MBWay. Any unauthorized form of ticket sale for the event is strictly prohibited. Tickets will be available in different phases, with varying prices. Check the available tickets at https:\/\/aqua-academy.pt\/convencao\/<\/a>. Each ticket is valid for a single person and can only be used by the registered holder. Any attempt at fraud, duplication, copying, or misuse of tickets will be punishable under the law. If you wish to transfer the ticket to another person, contact the organization via email at suporte@grupo-academy.pt<\/a>. Purchase receipts will be automatically sent via email after successful payment. If you do not receive the receipt, check your spam folder or contact support at suporte@grupo-academy.pt<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participants who purchase the \u201cBlind Ticket\u201d are entitled to request a refund of the amount paid within 14 days from the release of the page with the complete program.<\/p>

After the release of the page with the complete program, participants are entitled to request a refund of the amount paid for tickets within 14 days from the purchase date, up to a maximum of 60 days before the event starts.<\/p>

An administrative fee of \u20ac15 will be deducted from each refund request.<\/p>

The refund will be processed within 14 days after the request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.<\/p>

Refund requests made after the maximum period of 60 days before the event starts will only be refunded 50%, with the deduction of the \u20ac15 administrative fee.<\/p>

There will be no right to a refund after the maximum period of 30 days before the event starts.<\/p>

By participating in the event, participants agree that Your Best Academy Unip, Lda. has the exclusive, irrevocable, and free right to use their image and voice captured during the event (\u201cImage and Voice Assignment\u201d) in any country and jurisdiction, for the production of new works, promotional campaigns, institutional actions, and other purposes related to the event.
Participants are prohibited from recording audio, video, or taking photographs during the event to protect the intellectual property rights of speakers and guest experts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
